About The Position

INFICON is seeking an experienced Senior Cleanroom Technician to join their cleanroom manufacturing operations. Responsibilities

Oversee and coordinate all logistics operations, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations. This includes negotiating contracts and rates.
Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure that products are available when needed while minimizing excess inventory.
Analyze logistics data to identify trends, improve processes, and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
Address and resolve any issues that arise during the transportation process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
Prepare and maintain detailed logistics documentation, including shipping records, inventory reports, and compliance documentation.
Supervise and mentor logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that team members meet performance goals and adhere to best practices.
Lead logistics projects aimed at improving efficiency, such as implementing new technologies or processes to streamline operations.
