About The Position

INFICON is seeking an experienced Senior Cleanroom Technician to join their cleanroom manufacturing operations. This role is crucial for maintaining stable, high-quality production processes in a semiconductor-related environment. The technician will be involved in critical production and inspection steps, support continuous process reliability, and contribute to a culture of precision and operational excellence. Responsibilities

  • Oversee and coordinate all logistics operations, including planning, implementation, and monitoring of supply chain processes to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of goods.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers, carriers, and other stakeholders to facilitate smooth logistics operations. This includes negotiating contracts and rates.
  • Monitor inventory levels and manage stock to ensure that products are available when needed while minimizing excess inventory.
  • Analyze logistics data to identify trends, improve processes, and implement strategies that enhance operational efficiency and reduce costs.
  • Address and resolve any issues that arise during the transportation process, ensuring compliance with regulations and company policies.
  • Prepare and maintain detailed logistics documentation, including shipping records, inventory reports, and compliance documentation.
  • Supervise and mentor logistics staff, providing guidance and support to ensure that team members meet performance goals and adhere to best practices.
  • Lead logistics projects aimed at improving efficiency, such as implementing new technologies or processes to streamline operations.
