About The Position

Seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Claims Specialist - Multi-Line Adjuster to join a dynamic team. This role involves handling a variety of claims, including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property Damage, Bodily Injury, and Litigation. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in claims management, coverage knowledge, and a proactive approach to resolving complex cases.

Requirements

Minimum of 5 years of experience handling General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property Damage, Liability, Total Loss, Bodily Injury, and Litigation claims.
Active Adjuster License is required.
Strong knowledge of insurance coverage and claims processes.
Ability to manage a diverse caseload and adapt to varying claim types.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
Self-motivated, detail-oriented, and capable of working independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

Manage a caseload of 100-125 claims, including litigation cases.
Handle claims across multiple lines, including General Liability, Commercial Auto, Property Damage, Liability, Total Loss, and Bodily Injury.
Conduct thorough investigations, evaluate coverage, and determine liability.
Collaborate with legal teams, clients, and other stakeholders to resolve claims efficiently.
Maintain accurate and detailed documentation of all claim activities.
Provide exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
