About The Position
The Senior Refund Analyst is responsible for coordinating and processing all refunds received on claims. This role involves logging, tracking, and processing refunds, sorting and copying paperwork, collaborating with other claim department personnel to determine refund appropriateness, providing monthly reports on processing errors that lead to unsolicited refunds, and tracking overpayment projects. Other duties may be assigned as needed.
Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Minimum of 5 years of claims processing experience, preferably on the QicLink claims processing system
- Adjustment experience is required
- Applicant must be proficient at the use of Microsoft Word and Excel
- Ability to easily learn other data systems
- Reliable internet service is essential for staying connected and productive (cable broadband or fiber optic internet service provider with speeds of at least 100Mbps download/25Mbps upload)

- Experience preferably on the QicLink claims processing system
