About The Position

As the Senior Civil/Structural Estimator, you will be responsible for the direction and preparation of lump sum, unit rate, and cost-plus estimates ranging from simple cost analysis to definitive estimates in support of proposals, project controls, and project change orders. You will have the opportunity to lead/work on Civil/Structural estimates in various industries including Advanced Generation, Battery Storage, Utility Solar, and Fuel & Natural Resources/Process. This role involves managing multiple professionals and projects, performing analytical reviews of estimates, and assisting in the maintenance of the Estimating database. You will also work with the estimating team to create process efficiencies, coordinate with management on training early career professionals, and travel to active projects to perform audits.

Requirements

8 to 20 years of relevant experience
3 to 5 years of Estimating experience
Field and/or Project experience

Nice To Haves

BS or MS graduate in Construction Management or related field is preferred, but not required
Strong Civil/ Structural skillset
Industrial Project Field experience
Strong communication skills
The ability to manage multiple professionals
The ability to manage multiple projects
Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) proficiency
Estimating Software (SAGE Timberline, InEight) experience

Responsibilities
