In this role, you will have the opportunity to mentor and lead civil engineers and designers, coordinate with clients, and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams. This role provides opportunities to work on a wide variety of project types ranging from military, federal, commercial, industrial, utilities, to energy and sustainability focused projects.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering
Registration as a PE
10 or more years of experience in the design and management of road designs, military projects, underground and aboveground utilities, and water treatment plants
Ability to lead projects independently and collaborate with other team members.
Technical mentorship of civil engineering team members
Proficiency with AutoCAD Civil 3D
Effective technical writing and communication skills
Excellent time management skills
A positive attitude with a focus on team and client success
