The engineer supports field teams, resolves construction issues, reviews designs and construction documents, coordinates with contractors and stakeholders, and helps manage risks to cost, schedule, and constructability. The position also provides technical guidance to junior staff. The role requires a civil engineering bachelor's degree, a New Jersey or New York PE license, and at least 10 years of progressive civil engineering experience with a strong focus on utilities and construction-phase support. The successful candidate will be a local resident of the NYC metro tri-state area and willing to work in a hybrid project office environment.
