Requirements

• Five years of professional civil engineering experience including two years of experience in directing the work of civil engineers.
• Possession of a valid Professional Engineer license issued by the Pennsylvania State Registration Board for Professional Engineers, Land Surveyors and Geologists.
• Possession of a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee architectural, landscape, and engineering programs that support statewide infrastructure projects
• Guide the design and review of multi-discipline projects to ensure quality and compliance
• Manage professional staff across several fields and provide direction for daily operations
• Coordinate the development and evaluation of procedures that support design and construction work
• Apply expert knowledge to support complex engineering and architectural decisions
