Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
7+ years of related airport design experience
Licensed Professional Engineer
Proficient with AutoCAD or Microstation
Good oral and written communication skills
Strong organizational and time management skills
Attention to detail and accuracy
Strong interpersonal skills that focus on meeting customer requirements

Responsibilities

Lead design efforts in areas such as airfield geometry, pavement design, lighting and signage, utility installation and relocation, construction phasing, airport access roads and security facilities, and landside transportation facilities.
Prepare contract documents, specifications, reports, and detailed cost estimates.
Construction administration.
Assist with aviation group project management and business development.
Lead meetings and team members.
Mentor team members.
Prepare project proposals.
Conduct technical reports, presentations, and client communications.
Manage tasks, budgets, and quality control.
Supervise the work of junior team members.
Make a positive contribution to the overall team culture and environment.
