About The Position

We are currently seeking a Senior Civil Design Engineer Project Manager for any of our EnSafe offices in Florida. (Titusville, Tampa, Jacksonville, or Pensacola) This is an excellent opportunity to join and grow EnSafe, getting involved in a variety of projects for a diverse range of clients across the globe. Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering with Civil 3D/CAD experience.
A minimum of 10 years of civil design experience, preferably with an Engineering consulting firm.
Current Florida PE
Previous experience with civil engineering design capabilities with both municipal, commercial, and industrial clients.
Critical thinking and critical thinking skills.
Strong work ethic with diligence.
Ability to work on multiple projects, across numerous services and in a challenging environment.
Group management and mentoring.
Regional travel is required; national travel for client meetings is likely.

Responsibilities

Serve as Project Manager and Lead Civil Engineer for local municipal, commercial, and industrial projects.
Manage civil engineering design from concept through completion, including design development, preparation of plans and specifications, coordination with local and state regulatory agencies, permitting, and development of bid documents.
Lead problem-solving efforts across multi-disciplinary teams to deliver practical, cost-effective solutions.
Participate in and coordinate design, client, and construction meetings with internal teams, clients, and subcontractors.
Plan, schedule, and execute detailed phases of civil design work while maintaining quality, budget, and schedule.
Build and maintain strong client relationships and actively support the development of new and repeat business.
