In this role, you will facilitate the creation and implementation of integrated change strategies and monitor transition efforts to assess the effectiveness, adoption, and sustainability of projects. You will help bring value to the organization by assessing the impact of changes to end users and provide recommendations on change management strategies and approach technique. Most importantly, this role is about ensuring these strategies are reflective of our company culture and aligned with our core values of integrity, caring and excellence.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent training facilitation experience
  • 2+ years of experience in change management
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and address potential challenges in a proactive manner
  • Experience using AI tools to enhance communications, training, or change delivery
  • Prosci Change Practitioner certification or other related change model certification
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft computer applications

Nice To Haves

  • Master’s degree in a related field
  • 2+ years of project management and/or change management experience
  • Knowledge or experience with organizational change models or methodologies

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate the creation and implementation of integrated change strategies to ensure business objectives are met with minimal operational interruption, including initiatives involving emerging technologies such as AI-enabled tools
  • Monitor transition efforts to assess the effectiveness, adoption, and sustainability of projects, including technology efforts, process changes, relocations, etc.
  • Support the facilitation of change management workshops or sessions to promote understanding and engagement among project teams and affected individuals
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify potential risks and resistance to change and develop mitigation strategies to address these challenges proactively
  • Assess the impact of changes to end users and provide recommendations on change management strategies and approach techniques
  • Contribute to change implementation resources with research-based strategies to advance organizational goals and projects, including job aids, reference guides, training modules, in-person training, facilitated change leadership sessions, etc.
  • Advocate for optimal user experiences based on an understanding of the user impact, successful change strategies, and our Frost Philosophy and core values
