Boeing’s Enterprise Services Technology & Systems (ESTS) organization is currently seeking a Senior Change Management Specialist to join our team in any of the following Boeing sites: Auburn, WA; Mesa, AZ; North Charleston, SC; Renton, WA; San Diego, CA; Seal Beach, CA or Seattle, WA. The Senior Project Management Specialist provides Organizational Change Management (OCM) leadership and hands-on delivery for the Technology & Systems team supporting the Source-to-Pay portfolio. This role is responsible for leading change management efforts across multiple concurrent projects of moderate to high complexity and risk, translating strategic objectives into actionable plans, driving stakeholder alignment, and enabling measurable adoption of standardized processes and technologies. The position combines tactical project execution with executive-level communications and strategic advisory support to the Technology & Systems organization. In this capacity, the Organizational Change Manager develops and executes comprehensive change management plans, coordinates cross-functional teams, drives risk mitigation strategies, and delivers clear program status updates along with strategic recommendations to project teams and leadership.
