About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Change Implementation Coordinator -- Activation IC within Global Payments & Liquidity (GPL) as part of Enterprise Functions. In this role, you will implement and support a variety of GPL products within the Fulfillment Platform and Vantage Portal. You will develop and maintain a strong understanding of GPL products, features, and implementation processes. You will provide feedback and present ideas for improving or implementing processes and tools with change implementation impact. You will identify and monitor resolution of issues, escalating as necessary. You will identify best practices and recommend new workflows and procedures. You will perform complex administrative, transactional, and operational support tasks. You will provide maintenance support for Lead IC teams. You will provide subject matter expertise and interpretation of procedures to team. You will interact with team, peers, management, and technology on implementation of strategy.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of Change Implementation support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • 1+ years of Treasury Management experience in Service and/or Implementation
  • Previous implementation experience
  • Strong attention to detail with a focus on risk mitigation and adherence to established procedures
  • Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Outlook and PowerPoint
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to exercise sound judgment, think critically, and effectively prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels; where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
  • Effective organizational, multi-tasking, and prioritizing skills

Responsibilities
