About The Position
NexGen Medical Centers is a fast-growing network of spine and orthopedic pain management clinics specializing in personal injury. We’re committed to compassionate, efficient, and expert care — and we’re looking for a Senior Medical Assistant to help lead the way.
Requirements
- CMA/RMA certification (required)
- 3+ year in outpatient or multi-provider setting
- Reliable transportation for frequent travel
- Strong EMR/documentation skills
- Team player with excellent communication skills
Nice To Haves
- Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
- Experience in orthopedics, pain management, or personal injury preferred
Responsibilities
- Room patients, take vitals, document histories
- Assist providers during procedures & follow-ups
- Perform phlebotomy and operate C-arm X-ray
- Train and mentor junior Medical Assistants
- Support front/back-office operations and clinic flow
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA & safety standards
