The Senior Catering Sales Executive handles more complex social and local corporate catering opportunities that exceed standard sales office parameters, such as events with 150 or more covers. This role involves day-to-day supervision of on-property catering sales associates, contracting and closing local catering and social business, and ensuring proper and timely turnover for quality service delivery. The executive is responsible for achieving catering revenue goals by actively up-selling business opportunities to maximize revenue. They will implement the brand’s service strategy and applicable brand initiatives across all aspects of the sales process, aiming to drive customer loyalty through service excellence.
