About The Position

Our Category Insights team is looking to fill the position of Category Insights Analyst III at our corporate office in Draper, UT. In this role you will lead the development and implementation of ongoing and ad hoc analysis for the total business in support of improving Swire market share. You will utilize tools such as PowerBI, syndicated, customer and panel data to help create a more accountable, performance-driven culture and to provide intelligent analysis and reporting that will drive impact across Swire Coca-Cola.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree required
• 4+ years work experience in producing business intelligence reporting and analysis required
• 4+ years experience using SQL, Python, or similar toolsets required
• 2+ years Experience with Microsoft Power BI, Tableau, DOMO or similar visualization toolsets required
• Experience using large and complex data sets to produce reporting and insights
• Understanding of data management policies, procedures, and best practices
• Understanding of Business Intelligence processes and workflows
• Knowledge of sales and business processes, forcasting and planning

Nice To Haves

• Master's Degree in business or STEM related field preferred
• ETL or data engineering specific experience preferred
• Experience with Microsoft PowerBI, Tableau, DOMO, or other similar reporting tools preferred
• Experience with Azure or other cloud providers preferred
• Experience with Python, SQL, VBA, R or other languages preferred
• ETL or data engineering specific experience preferred
• Experience utilizing syndicated data sources (Nielsen, IRI, Spectra, etc.) preferred

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end analysis as SME and owner of a critical data source (scan or panel data): measure the impact of market performance, provide insights to key stakeholders, and develop business intelligence reporting with little or no direction; to equip stakeholders with essential insights
• Build strong and trusted relationships with stakeholders to improve adoption and confidence in deliverables
• Establish documentation best practice and maintain centralized wiki to increase team knowledge and efficiency of deliverables
• Mentor younger analysts to improve overall team competency
• Meet training milestones to improve speed and efficiency of team deliverables
• Performs other duties as assigned.
