Leads and develops a small to mid-sized team of early‑career professionals, providing coaching, mentorship, and day‑to‑day guidance to build foundational skills and accelerate career growth. Implements and operationalizes key talent and organizational development strategies, ensuring team members deliver high‑quality, end‑to‑end career and workforce programs. Oversees the design and execution of talent assessments, organizational design initiatives, leadership succession planning, performance measurement frameworks, engagement research, and workforce analytics. Partners closely with stakeholders to align programs to business objectives, while fostering a learning-focused environment that enables early‑career team members to grow into future leaders and maximize organizational return on talent investments. Position has in office expectations at either our Atlanta or Charlotte office.
