About The Position

CareOne Senior Care is currently hiring caregivers to provide in-home, non-medical support for clients in the Farmington area. Caregivers in this role assist individuals with daily living activities while supporting their safety, comfort, and independence in a home setting. This position is suitable for dependable individuals who are able to work independently, follow care instructions, and communicate effectively with office staff regarding client needs and any changes in condition.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old
• Valid driver’s license, auto insurance, and reliable transportation required
• Ability to pass a background check
• TB test required prior to employment
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Dependable attendance and punctuality required
• Ability to perform physical caregiving tasks such as lifting, standing, and assisting with transfers

Nice To Haves

• Previous caregiving experience preferred but not required

Responsibilities

• Assist with personal care including bathing, dressing, grooming, and hygiene
• Provide companionship and general supervision
• Assist with mobility, transfers, and positioning
• Support clients with walking and safe ambulation
• Prepare meals and assist with feeding when needed
• Perform light housekeeping such as cleaning, dishes, and laundry
• Provide medication reminders as outlined in the care plan
• Assist with appointment transportation and errands when required
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized home environment
• Observe, document, and report changes in client condition to the office
