About The Position

Radiance Technologies is seeking a Senior C4ISR SME to lead, direct, and develop activity in existing contracts and the creation of new areas of business. The selected candidate will be responsible for developing relationships with current and prospective customers, including senior military and civilian US government program representatives and partners. This role involves identifying strategic teaming opportunities, competitive strategies, and positioning the company for upcoming opportunities. This leadership position requires vision and a proven ability to collaborate with senior staff on initiatives, build effective strategic partnerships, and communicate information at all levels. The qualified candidate will demonstrate proficiency in technical leadership and experience working with senior leaders within the Services and Intelligence Community (NASIC, Indo-PACOM).

Requirements

  • US citizenship with the ability to obtain and maintain a clearance.
  • Bachelor’s degree in engineering or relevant technical field.
  • Minimum 20 Years of related C4ISR experience in government contracting, military, or program management.
  • Technical Leadership experience.
  • Previous experience supporting the National Air and Space Intelligence Center.
  • Active TS/SCI clearance.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience in one or more of the following mission areas: Air, Cyberspace, Space and Counterspace, Ballistic Missiles, Forces, Technologies and Infrastructures, Open Source Intelligence (OSINT), Human Intelligence (HUMINT), Signals Intelligence (SIGINT).
