About The Position

ProSidian seeks a Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant (Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist) for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role involves hybrid work (on/off client site and virtual) in the Aiken, SC area, supporting a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements. The consultant will lead implementation support, monitor performance, apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, drive continuous improvement, and produce performance reports to ensure the effectiveness of Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) procedures. The position is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Senior Consultant and requires relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience. This is a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) role, with the possibility of conversion to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The core functional areas include Nuclear And Environmental Management, Energy, Infrastructure, And Environment, Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM), Procedural Support, and Implementation Support & Operational Transition. The primary purpose is to ensure successful deployment into live operations and bridge the gap between deployment and sustainment phases.

Requirements

  • 7+ years implementation, operational transition, process improvement, performance management, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma experience.
  • Experience with procurement, SCM, contracts, or regulated operational environments preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office (advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word).
  • Proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • Ability to quickly learn other tools as needed.
  • Commitment to work with intelligent, interesting people with diverse backgrounds to solve significant challenges.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational rollout and transition.
  • Resolve implementation issues, deviations, and user questions.
  • Define KPIs.
  • Collect feedback.
  • Analyze performance data.
  • Prepare continuous improvement reports.
  • Recommend adjustments.
  • Support Lean/Six Sigma improvement cycles.
  • Stabilize the rollout, monitor performance, and drive continuous improvement to sustain C&SCM procedural effectiveness.
  • Provide hands-on implementation support and transition management, ensuring seamless adoption, stabilization, and effective Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) operational performance.
  • Ensure successful deployment into live operations.
  • Bridge deployment and sustainment phases by ensuring procedures perform effectively after launch.
  • Establish a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
  • Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures.
  • Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures.
  • Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Maintain procedural, form, and terms and conditions compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
