About The Position

ProSidian seeks a Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant (Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist) for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract with no overtime pay. This is a hybrid role, involving both on-site and virtual work, primarily in the Aiken, SC area and across the Southeastern USA Region. The consultant will support a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements. This position aligns with the GSA Labor Category: Senior Consultant and requires relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience. The role focuses on providing comprehensive procedural support for Savannah River Nuclear Solution’s (SRNS) Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM). ProSidian reserves the right to convert this to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The consultant will lead implementation support, monitor performance, apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, drive continuous improvement, and produce performance reports to stabilize the rollout and sustain C&SCM procedural effectiveness. This role is part of a Management and Operations Consulting Engagement for Nuclear and Environmental Management Energy, Infrastructure, and Environment Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) Procedural Support, providing hands-on implementation support and transition management to ensure seamless adoption, stabilization, and effective operational performance.

Requirements

  • 7+ years implementation, operational transition, process improvement, performance management, continuous improvement, or Six Sigma experience.
  • Experience with procurement, SCM, contracts, or regulated operational environments preferred.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, operations, engineering, supply chain, analytics, or related field.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, PMP, or process improvement credential preferred.
  • Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives and aligned with Program Support activities Implementation Support & Operational Transition Functional Area Activities.
  • Implementation planning; hypercare support; KPI development; data collection; performance reporting; root cause analysis; Lean/Six Sigma tools; dashboarding; stakeholder feedback management.
  • Problem solving; execution discipline; analytical thinking; continuous improvement mindset; resilience; responsiveness; results orientation.
  • Understanding and proficiency with business tools and technology, including Microsoft Office (advanced with Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; proficient with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio; and able to quickly learn other tools as needed).
  • Security clearance is necessary for engagement teams managing sensitive work in the Federal Marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Support operational rollout and transition; resolve implementation issues, deviations, and user questions; define KPIs; collect feedback; analyze performance data; prepare continuous improvement reports; recommend adjustments; support Lean/Six Sigma improvement cycles.
  • Establish a communication plan that outlines the frequency and methods of communication with stakeholders.
  • Conduct an in-depth review and analysis of the prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
  • Develop and customize procurement and supply chain procedures.
  • Create and update supporting documents, forms, terms, and conditions reflecting the newly developed procedures.
  • Develop Acquisition Life Cycle Flow Charts visually demonstrating the acquisition life cycle.
  • Implement support through both virtual and in-person training sessions.
  • Establish mechanisms for continuous improvement by regularly collecting feedback and monitoring effectiveness.
  • Maintain procedural, form, and terms and conditions compliance resulting from changes to prime contract, governing documents, and applicable laws.
  • Bridges deployment and sustainment by ensuring procedures perform effectively after launch.
