About The Position

ProSidian is seeking a Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant (Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist) for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role involves performance monitoring, continuous improvement, and reporting within the Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) function for a NNSA contractor. The position is hybrid, with work performed on and off client sites, and virtually, primarily in the Aiken, SC area and across the Southeastern USA Region. The consultant will support clients such as Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS) and focus on Compliance Solutions within the Nuclear And Environmental Management Industry Sector. The role is aligned with GSA Labor Category: Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist and requires relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience. The position may convert to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position.

Requirements

  • 8–12+ years in federal C&SCM, process improvement, or performance analytics
  • DOE/NNSA experience preferred
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, Word)
  • Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio
  • Ability to quickly learn other tools as needed
  • Commitment to work with intelligent, interesting people with diverse backgrounds to solve significant challenges
  • Inquisitive nature and ability to question the status quo
  • Grace in success and failure while doing meaningful work
