About The Position

ProSidian seeks a Senior C&SCM Implementation & Continuous Improvement Consultant (Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist) for Program Support on an Exempt 1099 Contract basis. This role is hybrid, involving on-site and virtual work in the Aiken, SC area, supporting a NNSA contractor managing nuclear site operations with complex regulatory and procurement requirements. The position aligns with the GSA Labor Category: Analyst / Six Sigma Specialist. We are looking for candidates with relevant Nuclear And Environmental Management Sector Experience to support professional services engagements. This role is initially a Contract Contingent or Contract W-2 (IRS-1099) position focused on Performance Monitoring, Continuous Improvement & Reporting within Contracts & Supply Chain Management (C&SCM) for clients like Savannah River Nuclear Solutions, LLC (SRNS). ProSidian reserves the right to convert this to a Full-Time ProSidian employed W-2 Position. The consultant will lead implementation support, monitor performance, apply Lean/Six Sigma methodologies, drive continuous improvement, and produce performance reports to enhance C&SCM efficiency and compliance. This role is foundational for Deliverable #5 - Continuous Improvement Reports, which include periodic reports on procedure effectiveness, feedback mechanisms, and recommendations for adjustments.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, Engineering, or related field
  • 8–12+ years in federal C&SCM, process improvement, or performance analytics
  • DOE/NNSA experience preferred
  • Primarily focused on Management and Financial Consulting, Acquisition and Grants Management Support, and Business Program and Project Management Services initiatives
