About The Position

House Buyers of America is seeking an experienced Senior Buyer (Crypto) to support real estate transactions and strategic planning through cryptocurrency and blockchain expertise. The role focuses on purchasing properties with cryptocurrencies, researching cryptocurrency and real estate markets, and developing strategies for transactions while staying current on relevant trends and regulatory changes. The Senior Buyer will also build relationships with sellers, clients, and stakeholders and resolve transaction issues efficiently.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Business, or a related field.
Considerable experience as a buyer in the real estate industry.
Previous experience in cryptocurrency transactions.
Proficiency in applying blockchain technology and a strong understanding of the cryptocurrency marketplace.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
In-depth knowledge of real estate laws and regulations and the ability to apply them in practice.
Ability to handle high-pressure situations, with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.

Responsibilities

Purchase properties from sellers using cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin and Ethereum across various platforms.
Conduct market research and advise on changes in cryptocurrency and real estate markets.
Prepare and execute contracts and related paperwork, ensuring compliance and accuracy.
Plan and implement strategies to maximize transaction value while monitoring market trends and regulatory changes in cryptocurrency and housing.
Develop and maintain relationships with sellers, clients, and other stakeholders, promoting effective communication.
Resolve transaction issues or discrepancies efficiently.
