This role is responsible for adopting & curating consumer right assortments with end in mind for the NDDC (Nike Direct Digital Commerce) business by using historical data, analytics and real-time market feedback to advise the future seasons, while winning today (in-season read & react/selling). The Merchandising team understands consumer needs and market opportunities to craft the product mix. We blend art with science to bring Nike’s vision to life. The team has the ability to see beyond trends and identify new market opportunities, delivering the right product, at the right price, in the right place, at the right time. The ideal candidate possesses experiences in buying, marketing and/or planning; with a track record of successful relationship management, strong analytical acumen, experience generating and managing a multi season journey. Great communication skills and understanding of windows suite and assortment building skills is a must. The candidate is a self starter who will take ownership of projects and driving business.
