  • 3-5 years of experience in production planning, supply planning, manufacturing operations, or supply chain management.
  • An understanding of product lifecycles, BOM development, and how upstream planning impacts downstream execution.
  • Ability to rapidly synthesize constantly evolving data from multiple different sources and form an conclusion about the greatest impacts to material readiness.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and build strong relationships with crossfunctional stakeholders.
  • Self-starter mindset - excited to build from scratch, lead without authority, and deliver results that unlock program execution.

  • Maintain high data integrity across purchase orders, item master data, and planning parameters to ensure system accuracy and execution reliability.
  • Partner with Engineering to ensure BOM accuracy, part readiness during Low Rate Initial Production / Ramp / Volume Production stages, and alignment between design intent and supply chain execution.
  • Serve as a connective tissue across Engineering, Production, Quality, Finance, and Supply Chain to align on material readiness and execution priorities.
  • Identify and mitigate supplier risks including lead time variability, and delivery performance issues.
  • Proactively resolve or escalate supplier-related issues impacting delivery, quality, or cost to ensure no disruption to production schedules.
  • Partner with Supply Chain teams on supplier-related risks, performance trends, and escalation support as needed.
  • Define, track, and report OTIF performance metrics at the supplier and part level.
  • Monitor supplier delivery performance against commit dates and required quantities, identifying gaps in OTIF fulfillment.
