We are seeking a Senior Business Transformation Analyst who supports the Business Transformation Team by providing comprehensive process development and analysis expertise. This role is responsible for gathering and documenting detailed process information, evaluating process requirements, and identifying inefficiencies or opportunities for improvement. Working in a fast‑paced and continuously evolving environment, the analyst develops clear and effective supporting documentation—including policies and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs)—that align with process flow diagrams and proposed optimization strategies. The position actively contributes to enhancing operational effectiveness by recommending and supporting the implementation of solutions that streamline workflows, eliminate redundancies, and improve overall efficiency across the organization. In addition to process-focused responsibilities, this role leads essential meeting management support to ensure seamless planning, scheduling, and execution of team meetings and collaborative working sessions. Responsibilities include preparing agendas, reports, and presentation materials; documenting action items; and coordinating follow-up activities to ensure tasks are completed within expected timeframes. The role also delivers technical and logistical support for both in-person and virtual meetings, utilizing collaboration tools such as Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, and other enterprise platforms to enable effective communication and knowledge sharing.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree
  • 12 years' experience with process development/improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have an in-scope DoW Secret security clearance
