Responsibilities
- Strategic Planning & Road mapping\: Translating executive vision into concrete, actionable implementation plans with clear milestones and deliverables.
- Program Governance & Control\: Defining and maintaining project structures,, risk management strategies,, financial tracking, and reporting frameworks.
- Change Management & Adoption\: Acting as a change agent to address resistance, communicate benefits, and ensure buy-in across all organizational levels within Genpact and client organization
- Cross-Functional Leadership\: Partnering with client, business operations and technology teams to ensure cohesive, aligned execution of initiatives.
- Performance Monitoring\: Tracking, analyzing, and reporting on KPIs to ensure the transformation meets its, strategic and financial goals.
- Process Optimization\: Identifying opportunities to improve, innovate, and streamline business processes.
- Stakeholder Management\: Ability to influence, communicate, and collaborate across levels.
- Strategic Thinking\: Aligning daily operations with long-term goals.
- Risk Mitigation\: Proactively identifying and resolving project obstacles
