We are seeking a Business Transformation Analyst to support our fast‑paced Business Transformation Team by documenting processes, analyzing requirements, and identifying opportunities to enhance operational efficiency. This role involves gathering detailed process data, creating clear and accurate policies, Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), and process flow diagrams, and recommending improvements aligned with organizational goals. Strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to translate complex information into structured documentation are essential. You will also support continuous improvement efforts by evaluating process gaps, proposing practical solutions, and helping streamline operations to reduce redundancies. Effective communication skills are important, as you will collaborate with stakeholders and produce concise, well‑organized deliverables. Additionally, you will lead meetings, including planning, scheduling, preparing agendas and presentations, documenting action items, and ensuring timely follow‑up. The ability to manage multiple priorities and maintain organization in a dynamic environment is key. The position also requires providing technical and logistical support for in‑person and virtual meetings using tools such as Microsoft Teams, Azure DevOps, and other collaboration platforms.

Requirements

  • BS or BA degree
  • 5 years' experience with process development/improvement
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Must have the ability to obtain and maintain a security clearance
