About The Position

The Business Transformation Analyst II – Supply Chain is a results-driven individual contributor responsible for driving measurable improvements across Community Coffee’s end-to-end supply chain. This role partners closely with Supply Chain, Operations, and Technology to identify, prioritize, and deliver high-impact process and system improvements that enhance cost efficiency, service levels, and scalability. Operating at the intersection of business process optimization and enterprise systems, this role translates supply chain needs into clear requirements and leads solutions from concept through deployment and sustainment. The Senior Business Transformation Analyst plays a critical role in stabilizing and optimizing supply chain systems by reducing recurring system issues, improving speed to resolution, and ensuring solutions are adopted and deliver measurable business value. Success in this role is reflected through the delivery of supply chain improvements that reduce cost, improve service levels, or increase operational scalability; strong adoption of new or improved processes and systems by business users; clear traceability between delivered solutions and realized business value; and the establishment of strong, trusted partnerships with supply chain and technology stakeholders.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or a related field required.
  • Will consider experience in lieu of education.
  • 4+ years SAP experience in business analysis, process improvement, or similar roles supporting supply chain functions required.
  • Proven experience translating complex business problems into actionable, value-driven solutions.
  • Demonstrated success delivering measurable process or technology improvements.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Effective communication and stakeholder partnership skills.
  • Internal Only: Experience with Community Coffee, even if unrelated, may fulfill this requirement at the discretion of the hiring manager with approval from Human Resources

Responsibilities

  • Identify, evaluate, and deliver supply chain improvement initiatives that reduce cost, improve service levels, and mitigate operational risk.
  • Analyze current-state processes across manufacturing, procurement, distribution, and logistics to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities.
  • Partner with supply chain stakeholders to design future-state processes that improve efficiency, accuracy, scalability, and financial performance.
  • Apply continuous improvement methodologies (Lean, Six Sigma, or similar) to drive sustainable, measurable performance improvements.
  • Support change management by helping business partners understand process changes and system impacts.
  • Act as a trusted advisor by balancing operational needs, system capabilities, and long-term scalability.
  • Support prioritization decisions by evaluating initiatives based on business value, effort, and risk.
  • Diagnose system and process gaps, identify root causes, and drive resolution through configuration, enhancements, testing, and deployment.
  • Own supply chain system issue resolution from intake through closure, ensuring fixes are validated and sustained.
  • Partner with application owners, developers, integration teams, and external vendors to resolve incidents and recurring defects.
  • Develop deep understanding of supply chain processes and how they are supported by enterprise systems, including SAP S/4HANA.
  • Elicit, document, and validate business and functional requirements, process flows, and system dependencies.
  • Translate business needs into practical, scalable system solutions aligned to business priorities and SAP best practices.
  • Facilitate process mapping sessions, workshops, and requirement-gathering discussions.
  • Ensure delivered solutions align to documented requirements and intended business outcomes.
  • Define and execute cutover and hypercare plans; monitor post-deployment performance to ensure stability, adoption, and benefits realization.
  • Lead and participate in system testing activities including test case development, execution, defect triage, and defect resolution.
  • Provide post-implementation support and ongoing optimization to ensure solutions are adopted and deliver expected benefits.
  • Create and maintain functional documentation, configuration records, test evidence, and user guidance to support long-term maintainability.
