STACK is seeking a Senior Business Systems Analyst to own and evolve the operational systems backbone that supports hyperscale data center operations. This role is critical to enabling reliability, scale, automation, and financial accuracy across a growing fleet of mission-critical facilities. This is not a support, admin, or reporting role. This is a systems ownership and integration leadership role for someone who understands how hyperscale data centers operate and how tightly-coupled systems must be designed to support them. You will lead initiatives from problem definition and architecture through implementation, integration, and long-term ownership, while optimizing and hardening existing platforms already in production.

Requirements

• 7+ years as a Business Systems Analyst, Product Analyst, or similar role
• Direct experience supporting hyperscale or large-scale mission-critical infrastructure
• Demonstrated ownership of systems supporting: CMMS and maintenance execution, Asset hierarchy and lifecycle management, DCIM, BMS, EPMS and capacity management
• Strong experience defining and delivering complex, multi-system integrations
• Proven ability to translate operational reality into scalable system designs
• Comfortable operating in ambiguity and setting direction where none exists
• Experience integrating operational platforms with ERP, billing, or utility chargeback systems
• Exposure to telemetry ingestion, time-series data, or energy metering
