About the role: As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, you'll act as the voice of the customer to ensure that our teams continue to deliver more best-in-breed products that advance the way we pay, bank and invest. You'll workâ asâ partâ ofâ aâ teamâ inâ aâ scrumâ settingâ and must be aâ self- motivated,â proactive,â andâ out-of-the-boxâ thinker.
Requirements
- Knowledge of financial services industry and an understanding of end-to-end implementation and delivery processes.
- A bachelor's in computer science or information systems or equivalent experience - Master's degree is desirable.
- Knowledge of end-to-end systems development life cycles, i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development.
- Proficiency in solutions design and requirements definition disciplines leveraging model driven design based tools and techniques including conceptual solution component models, business process models, use cases, etc.
- Willingly shares relevant technical and/or industry knowledge and expertise to other resources

- Process and journey mapping skills
Responsibilities
- Elicit, analyze, communicate and validate business/user requirements for processes, policies and information systems.
- Identifying strategies as well as improvement opportunities while also reengineering processes for greater efficiency.
- Helping select hardware, software and vendors.
- Conducting tests to ensure changes made by programmers are correct.
- Working with a global team to review, benchmark and quantify process optimization and acceleration opportunities
