At Fullbay, our mission is simple — to create safer roads for our families and yours. As leaders in the heavy-duty repair industry, we power shops with technology that helps them run smarter and more efficiently. As an AI-First company, we invite artificial intelligence to eliminate friction, spark innovation, and drive efficiencies in every conversation— for our teams and our customers. Fullbay is the number one cloud-based shop management software for commercial repair shops and is growing fast. This is an exciting opportunity to join a high-performing team and help shape the next phase of growth for the company. Fullbay runs on a stack of connected business systems — Salesforce, our ERP, and the tools that power Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and People — and those systems only work as well as the person keeping them configured, connected, and clean. The Senior Business Systems Analyst reports to the VP of IT and owns that responsibility: administering, integrating, and governing the platforms every other team depends on to do their job. This role is well-suited to someone who's spent years living inside Salesforce and adjacent business systems — not just clicking through the admin console, but designing the integrations, automations, and governance that keep data clean and processes scalable as the company grows. Partnering closely with Sales, Finance, Customer Success, PX, and IT Security, with regular touchpoints into Engineering and Revenue Operations on systems architecture and reporting alignment. You will own the configuration, integration, and data integrity of Fullbay's core business applications — the same systems leadership relies on for accurate reporting and the same systems our auditors rely on for SOC 2 evidence. You are responsible for translating business needs into scalable, well-governed system solutions, and for keeping those systems secure, reliable, and audit-ready as Fullbay grows. Success in this role looks like stable, well-governed systems with minimal integration incidents; clean, deduplicated data leadership can trust for reporting; fast turnaround on access requests and system changes; and audit-ready evidence available on demand. Every shop has someone who keeps the tool crib in order — tools calibrated, checked out and back in, broken ones fixed before the next tech needs them. Nobody notices that job when it's done right, and everybody feels it the moment it isn't. That's this role, but for the systems Sales, Finance, Customer Success, and People run on every day. You're the right fit if you've spent enough time inside Salesforce and the systems around it to know that a broken validation rule or an ungoverned integration doesn't just cause an inconvenience — it corrupts the data everyone downstream is making decisions on. You can sit with a Finance stakeholder scoping an ERP integration in the morning, write the automation that ties two systems together in the afternoon, and walk an auditor through your access review evidence before the end of the day. This isn't the role for someone who's satisfied once a ticket closes. If your instinct is to make the immediate ask work without asking what it does to data integrity or governance six months from now, this isn't your shop. But if you're the kind of person who treats business systems as infrastructure worth protecting, not just configuring, and you're ready to be the one every team trusts to keep it running clean — we'd like to talk.
