As a Senior Business Systems Analyst, Risk within PNC's Retail Studio organization, you will be based in Pittsburgh, PA; Cleveland, OH; Dallas, TX; Denver, CO; or Birmingham, AL. Requirements

  • University/college degree with 2+ years of relevant professional experience. In lieu of a degree, a comparable combination of education, job specific certification(s), and experience (including military service) may be considered.
  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and translating them into technology solutions.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and collaborate effectively across business and technology teams.
  • Proficiency with business process analysis, requirements documentation, and system testing methodologies.

Nice To Haves

  • Experience supporting technology applications and system implementations.
  • Knowledge of process improvement methodologies and business analysis best practices.
  • Familiarity with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project delivery methodologies.

Responsibilities

  • Analyzes business requirements and production specifications for changes made to technology applications.
  • Formulates and defines system scope and objectives, based on user needs and business processes.
  • Directs business process improvement projects for internal business groups, aiming to improve business results.
  • Identifies and documents all system constraints, implications and consequences of various proposed system changes.
  • Provides recommendations for addressing and resolving business issues, for a specific business group.
