Requirements

  • 4 to 5 years of techno-functional experience in time-and-labor systems within multi-country or multi-tenant environments.
  • U.S. Citizenship is required.
  • Strong expertise in Oracle OTL (Oracle Time & Labor) and Oracle EBS (integrations with Project Accounting and General Ledger).
  • Familiarity with alternative platforms such as Infor WFM, UKG, and Workday (beneficial as we conduct platform RFPs).
  • Experience with custom interfaces like PowWow Timecard.
  • Proficiency in SQL and PL/SQL troubleshooting.
  • Knowledge of Infor APIs and developing rules using Groovy is a plus.
  • Experience with reporting and analytics tools such as Oracle Business Intelligence Enterprise Edition (OBIEE) and Cognos.
  • Strong background in requirements gathering, documentation, system configuration, and pay rules setup.
  • Excellent analytical thinking and effective verbal and written communication skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily technical and functional operations for core time and attendance systems (including Oracle OTL and Infor WFM) and manage smooth timecard processing.
  • Troubleshoot custom interfaces, utilities, and SQL/PL/SQL scripts to ensure accurate data flow and system reliability.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to harmonize data flows across Oracle OTL, Infor WFM, and other time & attendance applications into a single global platform.
  • Gather global business requirements to configure timecards, pay rules, and system solutions for international environments.
  • Create and run OBIEE and Cognos reports to track timecard compliance, support payroll integrity, and maintain data accuracy.
