About The Position

We’re seeking a senior, hands-on Business Systems Administrator to manage the Salesforce ecosystem and its connected quote-to-cash applications for our growing Business Applications team. This is a build-and-lead role; you’ll run discovery and requirements sessions directly with business stakeholders, design the solution, and then configure it yourself. You’ll be the point of accountability for how Salesforce and the surrounding quote-to-cash stack (CPQ, billing, contract lifecycle management, and related integrations) work end-to-end from the initial ask through release, adoption, and ongoing support and performance.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience with Salesforce, including 3+ in a senior or lead capacity.
  • Demonstrated track record of personally configuring solutions.
  • Deep, working knowledge of the quote-to-cash process end to end.
  • Proven experience independently leading requirements-gathering sessions with senior business stakeholders and translating them into technical solutions.
  • Salesforce Administrator and Advanced Administrator certifications required; CPQ Specialist and Platform App Builder certifications strongly preferred.
  • Experiencing integrating Salesforce with ERP, billing, and contract management systems.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills; comfortable leading meetings with senior, cross-functional audiences.

  • Contribute to roadmap development with manager.
  • Personally configure Salesforce declaratively.
  • Design and maintain integrations across the quote-to-cash stack in partnership with developers where custom code is required.
  • Prototype and iterate on solutions quickly with stakeholders during requirements.
  • Lead or directly execute regression and UAT testing ahead of releases, ensuring changes ship without disrupting downstream processes.
  • Lead user acceptance testing and change management for new features, owning adoption as an outcome, not just delivery.
  • Build and deliver training materials and enablement sessions for end users and admins.
  • Monitor usage and adoption to proactively address gaps.
  • Stay current on Salesforce platform releases, CPQ/quote-to-cash best practices, and emerging capabilities (including Agentforce/AI) and recommend where they apply.
