Requirements

Bachelor’s Degree in Business Management or similar field of study required.
Eight (8) years of specialized experience in Government purchase card or simplified acquisition and managing and directing DoD projects and programs.
U.S. Citizen with Active Secret Clearance or ability to obtain one.
Must be able to work onsite in Stafford, VA.
Extensive experience supporting acquisition programs & management environments in DoD & DON.
Above average proficiency in Microsoft Office products.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently or with a team.

Nice To Haves

Familiarity with the DoD, DON and other federal regulations.

Responsibilities

Provide support with Government purchase cards and simplified acquisitions.
Manage and direct DoD projects and programs.
Administer, maintain e-business systems involved in GCPC payments, delegations, audits and administration.
Manage business process mapping and documenting internal controls.
Analyze data to improve metrics.
Communicate policy, procedures, regulations and program changes, initiatives and other requirements.
Analyze DoD, DON and other federal regulations and apply requirements to the GCPC program.
