Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in healthcare (HMO preferred)
  • 5+ years of experience in business systems analysis, data analytics, business intelligence, or IT project management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project leadership skills
  • Experience with data reporting, process improvement, and requirements gathering
  • Knowledge of continuous quality improvement (CQI) principles
  • Ability to work with complex systems, databases, and intermediate programming concepts
  • Proficiency in Excel, reporting tools, and other business software applications
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

Nice To Haves

  • Familiarity with Lean Six Sigma methodologies (certification is a plus)

Responsibilities

  • Lead business analysis, requirements definition, and documentation for CORE initiatives and intake requests
  • Perform data analysis, reporting, and dashboard development to support operational and strategic decisions
  • Track, trend, and report data for internal leadership, Board of Directors, regulatory agencies, and key performance indicators
  • Conduct root cause analysis and recommend solutions to improve data quality and process efficiency
  • Manage or support projects including planning, design, testing, implementation, and delivery
  • Facilitate workgroups and governance committees to drive initiatives forward
  • Develop process documentation, user guides, and training materials
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and support system enhancements
  • Perform testing and quality assurance to ensure accuracy and functionality of solutions
  • Maintain awareness of healthcare industry regulations, technologies, and best practices
  • Communicate project status and updates to leadership, team members, and stakeholders
