About The Position

Clio is seeking a Senior Business Solution Architect to join their Customer Team in New York City. This role requires an individual with a deep understanding of their domain, a passion for problem-solving, value creation, and exceeding expectations. The successful candidate will work within Clio Operate (formerly ShareDo), an adaptive work management platform designed for large law firms to create customized cloud-based solutions for managing work processes. This platform enables firms to build unique CMS systems, manage more cases with existing resources, improve profitability, and enhance client experience.

Requirements

• Deep subject matter expertise in a commercial domain (e.g., legal process, insurance, corporate law), with a clear vision of best practices and a drive for continuous improvement
• A hands-on, delivery-focused mindset, with the ability to dive into configuration details and take ownership of end-to-end solution delivery
• Strong consultative skills, with demonstrated experience engaging senior stakeholders, leading workshops, and aligning business value with delivery priorities
• Technical fluency in low-code environments, with a solid understanding of system architecture and integrations, even if you're not a developer
• A client-focused approach to change management, with a passion for driving real-world outcomes through training, mentoring, and sustained engagement
• Demonstrate a keen interest in improving your craft by using AI

Responsibilities

• Designing and implementing solutions by mapping client requirements to the ShareDo platform through structured discovery
• Configuring workflows, forms, and templates in a low-code environment while coaching clients on self-sufficiency
• Leading delivery across the implementation lifecycle, ensuring timelines and estimates are met
• Owning and evolving a specific solution area, defining best practices and driving innovation
• Enhancing accelerators (system modules) based on feedback, trends, and implementation insights
• Advising on enterprise architecture, integrations, and data models to support scalable solutions
• Recommending integration and data strategies aligned with system maintainability and growth
• Influencing product direction by feeding client insights into the roadmap
• Supporting adoption through mentoring, training, and proactive engagement
• Contributing to pre-sales through demos and prototypes that showcase ShareDo’s capabilities
• Travel to client sites and cross functional meetings (~20%)
