About The Position

Ibotta is seeking a Senior Business Recruiter to join their innovative team. This individual will be responsible for managing the full recruiting lifecycle for positions across various Business functions, including Sales, Finance, Operations, and Marketing. The role involves sourcing and engaging top talent, partnering with hiring managers, championing the Ibotta brand through recruiting events, optimizing the ATS, and contributing to strategic projects that enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience. Collaboration with HR Business Partners is key to executing a seamless talent strategy. The position requires a motivated individual with a keen eye for talent and culture fit, who can act as an Ibotta brand ambassador. Adaptability to change is essential in this fast-paced environment.

Requirements

  • 5-7+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, ideally with a company during a high-growth phase
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field preferred
  • Excellent time management, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal, with an ability to build and maintain strong rapport with candidates and internal stakeholders
  • Proven ability to plan and prioritize based on urgency and changing needs
  • Exceptional ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while being able to pivot quickly and effectively as needed
  • Ability to work with confidential and/or sensitive information
  • Naturally curious and adaptable with a growth mindset
  • Applicants must be currently authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis.

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the talent expert, managing the full recruiting lifecycle, for positions across a variety of Business functions, including Sales, Finance, Operations and Marketing.
  • Source and engage top talent using a variety of methods including cold outreach, job boards, referrals, events, and networking platforms.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers, serving as a trusted advisor on talent strategy, market insights, interview best practices, and hiring decisions.
  • Champion our brand by identifying and leading recruiting events, meetups, and other creative initiatives that enhance Ibotta’s employer presence.
  • Drive process excellence by optimizing how we use our ATS, ensuring accurate data, and supporting recruiting analytics.
  • Contribute to strategic projects that improve the candidate and hiring manager experience, from recruiting initiatives to interview training.
  • Collaborate closely with HR Business Partners to build and execute on a seamless talent strategy, ensuring ongoing exchange of critical insights, data, and market trends.
