About The Position

The Business Recruiting team is responsible for hiring exceptional talent to enable the business and operations organizations to scale responsibly. This involves partnering with hiring leaders, planning hiring efforts, identifying strong talent, and ensuring a consistent candidate experience. Recruiters on this team support large hiring initiatives to ensure Robinhood continues to grow with talented, mission-driven people. As a Recruiter, you will lead high-volume hiring efforts across the business organization, developing strong sourcing strategies and scalable recruiting workflows. You will collaborate closely with hiring managers and other recruiters to coordinate hiring activity, maintain strong pipelines, and ensure efficient hiring processes. This role requires an individual who can manage evolving priorities and high volume, establish structure where processes may not exist, and leverage modern recruiting tools, including AI, to identify and engage top talent. This role is based in our Chicago, IL, Menlo Park, CA, New York, NY, and Westlake, TX offices, with in-person attendance expected at least 3 days per week. Requirements

  • 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, including experience sourcing for high-volume roles
  • Strong sourcing experience with a track record of identifying and engaging passive candidates
  • Experience using Greenhouse as an ATS and Gem to manage sourcing campaigns, pipeline tracking, and recruiting analytics
  • Comfort incorporating AI tools into daily recruiting workflows to improve research, sourcing, communication, and efficiency
  • Ability to operate effectively in environments with changing priorities and establish recruiting processes where structure may not yet exist
  • Strong collaboration skills and experience partnering with multiple recruiters and hiring partners working toward shared hiring goals

Responsibilities

  • Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume non-technical roles, helping teams hire efficiently while maintaining a thoughtful candidate experience
  • Source and engage candidates through targeted outreach, market research, and creative sourcing strategies that extend beyond traditional job boards
  • Coordinate closely with other recruiters working on the similar scoped roles to maintain alignment on candidate pipelines, interview progress, and hiring decisions
  • Establish clear recruiting workflows and processes in environments where hiring needs are evolving or newly defined
  • Use recruiting technology such as Greenhouse, Gem, and AI-supported tools to organize pipelines, automate workflows, and improve sourcing effectiveness
