The Senior Product Manager, Enterprise Social Media is responsible for designing, building, and scaling Genentech's enterprise-wide organic social media program. This role will treat our internal social media capability as a product, from its strategic roadmap and governance to the core technology stack that powers it. The Senior Business Product Manager, Enterprise Social Media will build the standardized program, framework, and platform that all internal CMG teams will use to execute compliant, best-in-class organic social media. This role is focused on establishing the central processes, tools, and best practices for organic social, ensuring a consistent, high-impact approach across the portfolio while maintaining strict regulatory compliance.
