Own and evolve enterprise-critical process domains within the title insurance lifecycle, applying a first-principles mindset to challenge legacy workflows and drive toward simpler, more scalable, and outcome-driven solutions. Partner with functional area teams and cross-functional stakeholders to reimagine and streamline workflows across the entire transactional lifecycle. Translate operational needs into scalable, digital-first solutions by collaborating closely with technology and product teams to define automation, system enhancements, and integrations that amplify human performance. Leverage production data and root cause analysis to diagnose issues, measure performance, and continuously refine processes—embracing adaptability and iteration as core to delivering sustained impact. Develop, maintain, and govern standardized process documentation (e.g., SOPs, swim lanes, process narratives) to ensure consistency, scalability, compliance, and sustained adoption across the organization. Embed compliance and regulatory requirements into all process design, balancing automation, human amplification, and governance to ensure solutions are both innovative and durable. Act as a final decision-maker for process design standards within assigned domains, ensuring alignment across business units and systems. Lead cross-functional alignment across operations, product, technology, and compliance to drive adoption of standardized, enterprise-wide workflows. Other duties as assigned.
