About The Position

Native American Industrial Solutions (NAIS) is seeking a Senior Business Process Analyst III to support the Joint Cyber Defense Collaborative (JCDC) within the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). This position provides operational, analytical, and project coordination support in a fast-paced, mission-focused environment, helping leadership maintain situational awareness, drive action items to completion, and synchronize efforts across multiple stakeholders and operational teams. The ideal candidate has a strong intelligence or operational planning background combined with exceptional project management and organizational skills. This individual must be proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities while supporting leadership with strategic coordination, operational tracking, meeting facilitation, reporting, and cross-functional collaboration. Experience supporting government, defense, cybersecurity, or intelligence community environments is highly desired. This role requires strong communication skills, the ability to build trusted working relationships, and a disciplined approach to maintaining consistency, accountability, and follow-through across ongoing initiatives and operational processes. This position requires full-time onsite support in Arlington, VA.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree
  • 5–7 years of experience in business analysis, operational coordination, process improvement, intelligence support, project management, IT/cyber initiatives, or similar federal or mission-focused environments.
  • ACTIVE TS/SCI CLEARANCE REQUIRED.
  • Experience supporting intelligence, cybersecurity, operational planning, or government IT environments within U.S. civilian, federal, DoD, or Intelligence Community agencies highly desired.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, project management, and communication skills required.
  • Experience with data visualization, operational tracking, collaboration, or project management tools preferred.
  • Strong initiative, proactivity, and personal accountability
  • Ability to build and maintain trusted relationships across multiple teams and divisions
  • Solid understanding of process development, workflow support, and documentation
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, including presentations, memos, talking points, and leadership updates

Responsibilities

  • Support the Section Chief as an Executive Officer (XO)-style coordinator for taskings, cross-team communication, and operational follow-through.
  • Provide expertise in business process and system analysis, design, improvement, and implementation efforts.
  • Translate business process needs into technical or operational requirements.
  • Contribute to the development of workflow documentation, including SOPs, work instructions, and process guides.
  • Support the development and tracking of performance metrics, goals, and operational milestones.
  • Track and document activities, accomplishments, and deliverables on weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual cycles.
  • Prepare high-quality messaging and leadership communications, including presentations, memos, talking points, weekly updates, and activity reports.
  • Proactively gather information and updates from stakeholders to ensure timely completion of actions.
  • Maintain strong working relationships across CSD sections, branches, and subdivisions to support coordination and alignment.
  • Assist with emerging priorities by helping organize efforts and coordinating the right contributors.
