Senior Business Operations Analyst

Requirements
- A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or data-focused roles
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
- Advanced skills in Excel or similar data tools
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Nice To Haves
- An advanced degree (MBA) is considered a strong asset, particularly for candidates interested in leadership progression within MEMS.
- Experience in consulting or professional services is an asset
- Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is an asset
Responsibilities
- Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
- Document current and future-state processes and support the implementation of improvements
- Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to inform decision-making
- Develop reports and identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
- Contribute to projects through structured analysis, requirements gathering, and coordination
- Monitor progress and help ensure initiatives stay on track
- Support cost, budget, and performance analysis, including KPI development and tracking
- Contribute to business cases and planning activities with clear, data-driven insights
- Work across teams to gather information, validate insights, and build alignment
- Communicate findings clearly and build strong, trusted relationships
- Leverage tools and systems to enhance analysis and reporting
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and system use
