Requirements

  • A degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in business analysis, operations, or data-focused roles
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to turn data into actionable insight
  • Advanced skills in Excel or similar data tools
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deliver high-quality work
  • Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills

Nice To Haves

  • An advanced degree (MBA) is considered a strong asset, particularly for candidates interested in leadership progression within MEMS.
  • Experience in consulting or professional services is an asset
  • Experience with Deltek VantagePoint is an asset

Responsibilities

  • Analyze business processes and workflows to identify inefficiencies and improvement opportunities
  • Document current and future-state processes and support the implementation of improvements
  • Collect, analyze, and interpret operational and financial data to inform decision-making
  • Develop reports and identify trends, risks, and opportunities across the business
  • Contribute to projects through structured analysis, requirements gathering, and coordination
  • Monitor progress and help ensure initiatives stay on track
  • Support cost, budget, and performance analysis, including KPI development and tracking
  • Contribute to business cases and planning activities with clear, data-driven insights
  • Work across teams to gather information, validate insights, and build alignment
  • Communicate findings clearly and build strong, trusted relationships
  • Leverage tools and systems to enhance analysis and reporting
  • Identify opportunities to improve data quality, reporting efficiency, and system use
