About The Position

The Senior Business Intelligence Engineer solves complex business issues using data from internal and external sources to provide insight to decision-makers. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

Requirements

  • Advanced experience working with massive, complex data sets within large-scale modernization efforts.
  • Experience analyzing data to architect solutions for complex business problems (e.g., Master Data Management, Identity Resolution, or Semantic Modeling).
  • Proficiency in navigating and untangling legacy healthcare data ecosystems.
  • Experience defending technical approaches and troubleshooting issues directly with senior and executive leadership.
  • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on improving consumer experiences.

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced in SQL, Python/PySpark, Databricks, and modern Cloud data architectures.
  • Hands-on experience with Graph Databases (e.g., Neo4j) and/or NoSQL Document Stores (e.g., MongoDB).
  • Expertise in data mastering, probabilistic matching algorithms, and enterprise data governance.
  • Deep knowledge of Healthcare Provider Data: Demographics, Contractual Data, and Clinical Networks.
