Our team is part of TD's Analytics, Insights and Artificial Intelligence (AI2) supporting Canadian Personal Banking's Operations group as the central hub for agentic AI, internal digital insights, and data analytics that power business-unit strategies and support our customer facing colleagues. Our mission is to deliver and modernize data driven coaching, processes, and analytics used by the Operations group in support of colleagues working directly with TD's customers. We are a team of high-performing subject matter experts spanning agentic AI solutions, digital analytics, big data, cloud infrastructure, end-to-end measurement, business analytics, data science and modeling, business intelligence, data strategy and governance, and advanced visualization. Together, we enable TD to make smarter, faster, and more customer-centric decisions.
