About The Position

Everforth ECS is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to support our Defense health organization in Falls Church, VA. This role requires knowledge of the health sector and involves leveraging data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from healthcare data, supporting critical decision-making within military and defense healthcare systems. The analyst will apply technical, programmatic, and soft skills to enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and optimize resource allocation. The position supports the Defense Health Agency (DHA) by delivering program management and advanced analytics services, integrating tools like SEMOSS, Python, R, and AI-driven analytics for enterprise dashboards, predictive analysis, and streamlined reporting. The goal is to enhance decision-making across critical healthcare IT initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Data Science, Computer Science or a related field.
• Experience with OCONUS / Global Program Management.
• Experience with DoD IT systems maintenance and enhancements.
• 7+ years of DoD work experience.
• 8-12+ years total work experience in Business Intelligence.
• Advance knowledge of Tableau, Power BI and other business intelligence tools.
• Demonstrated experience in handling large data sets.
• Statistical, analytical, and conceptual thinking skills.
• Ability to quickly transition and reassess priorities to meet aggressive deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Leverage data analysis and reporting tools to extract insights from healthcare data.
• Support critical decision-making within military and defense healthcare systems.
• Enhance operational efficiency, improve patient outcomes, and optimize resource allocation.
• Support clients in the transformation of healthcare systems and large data platforms.
• Assist in identifying, analyzing, and evaluating complex systems, policies, and processes to evolve military healthcare programs.
• Develop enterprise dashboards, perform predictive analysis, and streamline reporting and planning activities using tools such as SEMOSS, Python, R, and AI-driven analytics.
