About The Position

HealtheConnections is seeking a Senior Business Intelligence Analyst to transform customer and business data into actionable insights that drive decision-making, enhance operations, and improve customer engagement. In this role, you will collaborate with internal teams to develop reports, dashboards, analytics, CRM solutions, and business application enhancements. This position is well-suited for individuals who thrive on working with complex data, understanding business requirements, and translating them into effective, user-friendly solutions. Data is fundamental to our service delivery and operational efficiency, and this role will involve working with diverse data sets including customer information, ticketing data, system usage metrics, and market data.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in business, information systems, computer science, data analytics, or a related field preferred; equivalent professional experience considered.
Experience in business intelligence, data analytics, reporting, CRM administration, business applications, or a related field.
Experience with the primary responsibilities listed above.
Advanced Microsoft Excel skills and experience working with complex data sets.
Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
Ability to work independently, manage competing priorities, and take ownership of projects and solutions.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.

Nice To Haves

SQL and Tableau experience strongly preferred.
Salesforce experience strongly preferred.

Responsibilities

Build reports and dashboards, analyze data, identify trends, and provide insights.
Configure and improve Salesforce/CRM reporting, dashboards, workflows, and related solutions.
Work with internal teams to understand needs and translate them into practical data and reporting solutions.
Identify and resolve data and reporting issues to ensure information is accurate and reliable.
Identify opportunities to improve reporting, automation, processes, and user experience.
Work with complex datasets and use Excel and other tools to organize and present information.
Document solutions, evaluate new capabilities, and support ongoing improvements.
