About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant (UAT Lead) for the Home Lending Transformation business. In this role, you will: Perform complex analysis and testing of product features and enhancements within a production release Authors complex test scenarios, test cases and test scripts. Partners with product team to select test scripts to represent business process. Performs complex test data conditioning, UAT testing and testing validation. Applies medium to advanced testing tool knowledge to efforts. May act as a liaison to engage automation engineers and actively participates in identification of test script candidates for automation. May lead and prioritize testing activities for product features and releases involving onshore and offshore teams. Executes test plans and scripts to facilitate complex testing activities. Partners with business and technology to engage and lead transparent testing efforts Ensure efficiency, quality, cost effectiveness of solutions, and pipeline management relating to assigned operations Research moderately complex business, operational, and strategic initiatives that require analytical skills, basic knowledge of organizational strategy and Business Execution Work independently to make recommendations for support function by providing support and leadership Assist in the planning and execution of a variety of programs and initiatives that may include risk mitigation, efficiency, and customer experience Collaborate and consult with team leaders in developing project plans, policies and procedures Provide leadership in management of relationships and implementation of programs, services, and initiatives with cross functional business partners

Requirements

  • 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

  • Advanced knowledge and understanding of test plans, test scenarios, test cases, test procedures, test scripts, test data and expected results
  • Advanced analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
  • Prior experience working in an agile/scrum environment
  • Ability to develop partnerships and collaborate with other business and product areas
  • Knowledge and understanding of product management and change delivery procedures
  • Prior experience with retail mortgage sales tools such as MRCRM, Horizon, Sales Central Portal, MyBOB and RALI
  • Prior experience with the CORE (Common Opportunities Results Experience) platform
  • Knowledge and understanding Enterprise Agile JIRA
  • Knowledge and understanding of Octane
  • Ability to work independently and in a team setting
