About The Position

Wells Fargo is seeking a Senior Business Execution Consultant for Sanctions and Investigations. In this role, you will act as a liaison between the business client and technical organization by planning, conducting and directing the analysis of complex business problems. You will lead requirements elicitation sessions to understand business problems and how proposed system enhancements address them while assessing impact to existing functionality and business processes. You will lead or participate in grooming sessions, author user stories, attend size/commit sessions, and provide feedback in retrospectives. You will be responsible for producing business requirement artifacts - including Use Cases, Business and Message Rules, User Stories, Supplemental (non-functional) Specifications, Business Validation Plans, and collaborate with stakeholders on large and complex projects. You will be engaged throughout the project life cycle, from inception through post-install transition. You will work directly with all levels through senior management across the organization and be considered as a high-level expert. You should be a self-starter, work well under tight deadlines and be comfortable working with technical and business teams. You will work with user groups to develop training, resolve questions, assess user needs, and perform necessary requirements-gathering activities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of Business Execution, Implementation, or Strategic Planning experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education

Nice To Haves

• Experience with using AI tools to capture business requirements and accelerate work
• Demonstrated ability to define, measure, and achieve business outcomes by establishing baseline metrics, setting target performance goals, and tracking progress to realization
• Experience working with the following applications J-Systems, Ops Online (1CBR), EMTS, GMTS, Fircosoft and/or Pega.
• Business Analyst experience
• Payments experience within ISO20022, Wires, SWIFT, ACH, Sanctions, Investigations, electronic payments and/or other related payments
• Experience in projects in an agile environment, implementing continuous integration and continuous delivery mind-set
• Knowledge of Jira and Confluence
• Experience in writing user stories within an Agile environment
• Experience partnering with line of business to gather business requirements
• Experience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change
• Process improvement experience
• Strong root cause analysis skills
• Financial services industry experience
• Risk management and mitigation experience
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Visio, PowerPoint)
• Ability to manage multiple and competing priorities
• Ability to think strategically, implement, and deliver business objectives
• Ability to work and influence successfully within a matrix environment and build effective business partnerships with all levels of team members
